Private classes are a special way to experience and enhance the gifts of yoga practice. I have been working with students on a one-to-one basis for over 8 years and during that time I have developed a skill for meeting people where they are at and curating classes to support them with where they would like to go based on their own particular circumstances and interests. Ultimately I hold space and share techniques to guide you through the process of meeting yourself with kindness, self-awareness and deep roots in the true heart of who you are. I draw from several styles and bodies of knowledge including Hatha yoga, Katonah yoga, taoist theory, Qi Gong, therapeutic movement, restorative yoga, breathwork and embodied meditation techniques. Private classes can be movement based, or an opportunity to dive into some of the yoga philosophy, meditation and breath work practices. It can also be an opportunity to talk through what kind of yoga practice would best suit you at this moment of your life, any challenges you’re facing within your current practice or put together a plan to encourage and enrich a home practice.

Sessions can be for yourself, for your family, as a couple or a few friends. Small group classes that take place on Zoom means you are not limited to being in the same household! In person classes can take place at my home in Jordanstown or at your home in/around Belfast.

COST

£70 individual, £100 small group

Sessions are between 60 and 90 minutes
