Yoga + Meditation at Work

It goes without saying that the past few years have been incredibly stressful for the majority. With many people working from home to some capacity it has been challenging to find a rhythm and routine each day and throughout the week that successfully separates work life and home life. It is harder than ever to “switch off” and nerves are collectively frayed. I hope my offerings provide your company with the opportunity to come together on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis to take care and progress towards increased wellbeing and greater company morale.
