Yoga practice is a way of engaging with the radically alive and always changing nature of living in a body. Your body is not a problem to be solved, but rather your home to be lived in and loved in. Your yoga practice provides the arena to explore this sense of embodiment through the dialogue of mind body and breath.
In Dani’s Body Lab workshops you will learn tools and techniques to stimulate and soothe the functions of the body, harness the elixir of breath and attune the mind.
Radical Attunement is about working with the internal mechanics of the body through yoga postures. The goal is not to achieve perfect alignment or a beautiful pose, but to set up the conditions to move more currency and energy through the form. In doing so you’ll gain insight on what is functioning well and where there are blind spots, and learn techniques to navigate the experiences that arise in the moment.
Dani’s approach involves reading bodies and using detailed description with hands-on adjustments to guide students into a deeper experience of themselves. Her goal is to empower you to be an active participant in your wellbeing and become well acquainted with your full, embodied potential.
